Data Protection Act
Under the Act it is a requirement to inform supporters of The Friends of the Norwich Historic Churches Trust (NHCT) that their details are held on a computer. No disclosures of the information will be made other than to Officers and Advisory Council Members of the NHCT, and to the HM Revenue & Customs in connection with the claims for repayment of tax deducted from contributions paid by Gift Aid. You are entitled to request details of the information that is kept about you. Written requests for this information should be sent to the Administrator.
